Ways of working

Our ways of working are characterized by our consulting philosophy:

Consulting philosophy

  • Goal orientation: we attach great importance to discussing the goals of our work intensively with our clients. In a project planning approach, this is expressed by a detailed description of measurable project goals, the "breaking down" into concrete milestones - i.e. measurable intermediate goals - as well as the early definition of result documents.
  • Systematics: The systematics is determined by analyzing the defined goals as well as the initial situation, including the experience and skills available in the company. The systematics is always individually designed. For reasons of efficiency, we use the available input from proven approaches as well as proven tools.
  • Consequence: Once a systematics has been defined, it is applied consistently. At most, it can be replaced by another system. We do not tolerate a complete abandonment of systematics in our projects. The consistent application of systematics is particularly important in the management of projects. Our established processes for risk and issue management are only successful if they are applied consistently, i.e. with defined regularity.
  • Respect: Our consulting success is particularly strongly characterized by respect for other people and their needs. We try to understand the needs of our customers and employees well at an early stage and to base our work on them. To support this, we also use methods to better understand personal motives and preferred behaviors (MBTI) when necessary.
